Emmy Bruschietta is a background character in BlueyCapsules. Formerly the right hand man of pirate Captain Heidi Valentino, then later the acting captain during her leave of absence, Emmy was promoted to CEO of Pizza Hut after Heidi returned to the seas following the loss of her family in 1984. She was instantly smitten with Chica’s Party World manager Juliet Poulain upon first sight. It became her life’s goal to woo her, with mixed success as the other woman was almost unbelievably incompetent
